LOYALTY TO COUNTRY

As it implies, it is how a person is loyal to and respects their country. The smallest dead can be viewed as loyalty to country e.g.: picking up a piece of paper and throwing it in the bin. If every person did a little it would make a big difference in the end.

OBEDIENCE TO PARENTS

The parents referred to are not only the biological ones, but every figure of authority in a persons life, be it a teacher, church leader, instructor etc. without obedience knowledge cannot be passed between each other.

HONOUR FRIENDSHIP

This is one of the hardest to explain as honouring a friend might mean having to go against their ideas. It is about being honest and trying to help a friend do the right thing no matter how difficult it might seem. As the saying goes “A friend in need, is a friend in deed”.

NO RETREAT IN BATTLE

Battle does not refer to a physical fight, but rather to a chore, assignment, job etc. It implies that no matter how difficult something might be, we do not quit till we have succeeded, no matter how long it takes, we will be triumphant.

IN FIGHTING CHOOSE WITH SENCE AND HONOUR

When we are given an obstacle to overcome, the question is how we will do that? Cheat or will we try our best, honestly, even if it means failing on the first attempt? But we will not give up because we apply what we learnt to the next attempt and usually we end up succeeding with a greater sense of self.
